RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

By placing an order with Cigar Bundles of Miami inc D.B.A Everydaysmokes, you agree to the terms outlined below.


MANDATORY CONTACT BEFORE ANY DISPUTE OR RETURN

To ensure fast resolution:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • You must contact us BEFORE initiating any chargeback or dispute

Failure to follow this process will be considered a violation of this agreement and may result in denial of your claim.


DELIVERY CONFIRMATION POLICY

All orders are shipped with tracking.

  • Carrier delivery confirmation (including GPS/photo confirmation when available) constitutes proof of delivery
  • Once marked delivered, the order is considered successfully fulfilled

We are not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages after delivery
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns are only accepted if:

  • Item is unused and in original condition, OR
  • Item has a verified manufacturer defect or shipping damage

All claims are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion


TOBACCO PRODUCT DISCLAIMER (NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS)

Due to federal and state regulations and the nature of cigars:

  • Cigars are a consumable product and generally non-returnable once opened
  • Variations in:
    • Flavor
    • Draw
    • Burn
    • Strength
      are NOT considered defects

Improper storage after delivery voids any eligibility for return or refund


PHOTO EVIDENCE REQUIREMENT

All damage or defect claims must include:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Packaging condition
  • Order number

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

  • Open bundles missing more than two (2) cigars will be prorated
  • Partial refunds, replacements, or store credits may be issued at our discretion

REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds apply to product cost only (shipping is non-refundable)
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • We reserve the right to issue:
    • Replacement
    • Store credit
    • Partial refund
      instead of full refunds when appropriate

CHARGEBACK & FRAUD PROTECTION POLICY

By completing your purchase, you agree:

  • You will contact us first to resolve any issue before filing a dispute
  • Filing a false claim or fraudulent chargeback may result in:
    • Permanent ban from our store
    • Submission of evidence to your payment provider, including:
      • Order confirmation
      • Delivery confirmation (GPS/photo when available)
      • Communication records
      • IP address and transaction data

We actively fight and dispute all chargebacks.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the total purchase amount
  • We are not liable for:
    • Indirect or consequential damages
    • Carrier-related issues
    • Customer handling or storage after delivery

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny any return that does not meet policy
  • Refuse service for abusive, excessive, or fraudulent activity
  • Update this policy at any time without notice

NO RESTOCKING FEE

There is NO restocking fee 🙂
